Midas

Midas was great! Very polite, professional and informative. My granddaughter’s car had been “bucking” and the tachometer was going up and down unexpectantly . we had the transmission flushed and refilled and that problem seemed to resolve however the car wouldn’t start until cranking the key 15 times. Ryan told me he had the same problem with his Honda and gave me some recommendations where I could get the key and ignition checked since they did not handle “key problems” at his location . Overall, they went well beyond what I expected. I will definitely come back and recommend them to my friends and family.

I had to do one star but in reality they get zero. They put my car and my family in danger during a road trip. Within a year, they had to fix the same part twice and didn’t extend or offer a new warranty. The second installation (6 months ago) has caused us to have issues during a long trip. The dealership who did our 3rd replacement sent us the pictures from all the damage they found. This doesn’t cover the additional damage we can’t see yet.

Came in at 8 am because the hotel parking attendant noticed my car was “smoking” last night and smelled like rubber. In tears as I’m trying to get back home to Indianapolis, the guys here took great care of me and my car. After looking over the car they determined that nothing serious had happened; they found a bit of rubber that heated up and scraped it off. No charge for this and truly I feel so much better driving my car home. Thank you guys so muchbbb

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and did not suggest any unnecessary repairs or anything like that. My services were done quickly and I appreciate how hard the staff worked to get my car road-ready and safe again. My go-to place for automotive services!

I had a piece under my car (the splash guard) dragging and was worried it would be expensive to fix. The team at Midas took a look and actually fixed it for free. They were incredibly professional, polite, and quick, and they also explained what the part was and why it happens so I understood the issue. It’s also conveniently close to my home which made the whole experience even easier. I really appreciate their honesty and kindness. I will absolutely return again.
